Your skin health could be related to your diet or your nutritional intake. The rule of law could be the remedy for cystic acne and for less serious cases, too. Eating the right foods can help prevent wrinkles. Eating the worst could lead to premature aging of the skin looking older than you really are. Essentially, researchers continue to tell us that we are what we eat.

One thing that might come as a surprise is that milk intake may play a role in acne. The old notion that chocolate was the “cause” is not supported by scientific studies. But if we’re talking about chocolate “milk”, milk chocolate or chocolate instant breakfast drinks mixed with milk, is another story.

At least three scientific studies have found a link between acne and consumption of partially skimmed milk, instant breakfast drink, sherbet, cottage cheese and other dairy products. If you avoid dairy products, you need to get your calcium and vitamin D from other sources. But it really is easier to do than you might think.

Researchers do not know why there is a link between the consumption of dairy and acne, but they think it could be because cow’s milk contains hormones, including sex hormones and bovine growth factor insulin-like 1 (IGF-1). Hormones have long been blamed for inflammation in the sebaceous glands and hair follicles that cause pimples and cysts deeper.

The researchers studied the eating habits of indigenous South America and the Pacific islands, because these people do not have acne, while in the more modernized societies, approximately 90% of all adolescents develop. The populations studied consumed no cow milk or dairy products, but they do not eat junk food, either.

There will always be varying opinions, but the latest research points to diets rich in simple carbohydrates as a cause of acne and a variety of other health problems. Simple carbohydrates are digested too quickly, resulting in an increase in blood sugar and insulin levels.

Increase the production of insulin, there is an increased production of IGF-1, which is known to cause changes in the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, while causing the overproduction of skin cells, which are obstructing follicles, causing blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.

Simple carbohydrates include white bread, white rice, pasta, white potatoes and white sugar. Baked goods and most junk foods will list.

Over time, people continue to eat a diet rich in refined cereals and other simple carbohydrates have an increased risk of type II diabetes. Can they also consider the wrinkles and premature aging. There are other important factors for good skin health and reducing the risk of cystic acne, but failed to watch your diet could make those things less efficient.
