Simple steps to fight against acne

Acne is the skin disease most common in the world.

Acne is an inflammatory disease of the skin that begins when oily materials and dead skin cells clog the pores.

It requires a system of skin care very strict and a lot of patience.

The acne treatment is a complex and lengthy process but no one should give up fight against this disease…

You should follow some simple steps to fight against acne:

Step 1 Wash your face every day

Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser that cleans the skin without dehydration and damage is very important.

If your skin is very sensitive, or if you have many pustules and cysts, use hypoallergenic cosmetics, special soaps, lotions, and gels such as Eucerrin, Avene or Bioderm.

Gently rub the cleanser on the skin for a few seconds. Lather and rinse thoroughly and dry.

Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week. Make a steam your face to open the pores, this way you will be able to clean your skin thoroughly.

Remember: Do not exfoliate the skin if you have cysts or pustules: you can seriously irritate the skin and worsen acne.

Step 2 Reduce oily secretions

Use toners specially designed for oily skin and acne.

They should contain salicylic acid, glycolic acid and hydroxy or benzoyl peroxide. The toners accelerate the renewal of skin cells, dry oils and promote peeling of dead cells of the skin.

Before applying, gently wash the affected area with a mild cleanser, then wipe dry. Apply to affected areas of the face or the whole face.

Alternatives

Apply salicylic acid immediately after making a steam bath for your face, while your pores are still open. It is true that it will not be comfortable, but the tingling just means that it works.

Wait until your skin dry and apply the tea tree oil mixed in 15 ml of hot water. The tea tree oil is the same as benzoyl peroxide.

To remove dark spots or small acne scars, you can use salicylic acid and vinegar.

It is important to open the pores. First clean the area of discoloration with a lotion and apply vinegar with a cotton swab.

Your skin may be red for a while because of the vinegar, but after 30 minutes it will disappear. If salicylic acid dries your skin, you should put a few drops of olive oil or moisturizer on the face.

Here is a recipe “miraculous”

Expose 3 green tea bags to steam and put 6 tablespoons of ginger in 250ml water.

Boil and when it cools apply the mixture on the face with a piece of cotton in the morning and night. The effect is remarkable: after a week most of the scars and pimples disappear and the skin renews itself.

Put 2 tablespoons of lavender and 3 tablespoons of ginger boil.

Stand directly over the steam and put a small towel over your head not to let the steam escape.

It not only opens your pores, but the deep cleaning.

How to protect against acne

– Cleanliness is a factor; clean your face every day

– Use a gentle cleanser that keeps your skin clean and reduces oil

– Make sure your skin is well hydrated

– Always use a sunscreen: it will protect your skin against ultraviolet rays and the appearance of dark spots

– Do not use cosmetics that contain oily ingredients

– Never forget to remove makeup at night

– Take yeast: 2/3 pills a day

– Drink at least 1.5 liters of water

– Eat or drink use 1 tablespoon of vinegar with a glass of warm water in the morning
